​ForWard Consulting, LLC was created August 2014 with the hopes of changing communities through motivational speaking and educational opportunities regarding trauma and inclusion. It is now a business that provides therapeutic services to individuals, families, and couples to teach about the impact of adverse childhood experiences, the core beliefs and mindset they produce, and ways to redirect and heal effectively for better psychosocial-emotional-relational outcomes.​

ForWard Consulting, LLC also provides consultation services to assist agencies/companies with enhancing their ability to become aware of staff divisiveness, cultural and societal norm clashes that manifest in the work space, and how to address biases that impact job satisfaction and work productivity.
